We’re Tina and Dana, the team behind The Content Set. We met almost two decades ago at CBS, and what started as a great working partnership turned into a shared career as content professionals built in entertainment and streaming. We’ve spent over twenty years leading effective content strategy campaigns for some of television’s most recognized series and brands.
Together, we’ve shaped campaigns and audience strategy for CBS and Paramount+ for shows like Criminal Minds, SEAL Team, Big Brother, The Young and the Restless, The Price Is Right, the CSI and NCIS franchises, and major award shows including The Grammys and The Tonys. Our work has always centered on one thing: understanding what makes people pay attention and stay engaged.
Over the years, we discovered that we work best as a team. Together we bring a strategic eye for storytelling and big-picture clarity, operational leadership and a deep understanding of how to turn ideas into digital content strategy that performs. That combination helped us build audiences in some of the most competitive spaces in media.
